1. Overview

Prints 4 You provides high-quality custom photo prints on metal panels and other materials. As a custom print provider, each product is made to order based on your submitted image(s), size, finish, and mounting preferences.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order on our website. By using our site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Ordering and Customization

When you place an order with us:

• You agree that the image(s) you upload are your own or that you have permission to use them.
• You are responsible for reviewing your selections (size, finish, orientation, mounting, etc.) before completing checkout.
• All custom prints are made based on the image and options selected. Orders are processed promptly and production begins shortly after payment.

4. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as listed during checkout.

Payment must be made in full before any product is produced or shipped. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

5. Production and Shipping

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days from the time of order confirmation.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping is not currently available via the website.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The product arrives damaged
• There is a manufacturing defect
• An error occurred in processing your order

To initiate a resolution, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage or error.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Due to the nature of custom production, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at sales@prints4you.com or call 1-631-489-9000. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun.

8. User Content and Copyright

You are solely responsible for the images you upload. By uploading a file to our website, you represent that:

• You own the rights or have obtained permission to reproduce the image.
• Your content does not violate copyright, trademark, or privacy laws.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order containing content that is illegal, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, logos, designs, and product images—is the property of Prints 4 You or its licensors and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prints 4 You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site or products.

We make no guarantees as to the suitability of a product for any particular purpose beyond what is described in the product listing.
