At Prints 4 You, we take pride in delivering premium-quality metal prints safely, efficiently, and on time. Each order is custom made with care and attention to detail, and our goal is to ensure that every product arrives in perfect condition, ready to display. Please review our shipping and returns policy below for details about processing, carriers, coverage, and our return guidelines.

Order Processing & Production Time

All of our metal prints are made to order and go through a multi-step production process that includes review, printing, inspection, and packaging.
  • Standard Production Time: Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days after image approval and payment.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
  • Rush Production: Expedited production may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and turnaround.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location, print size, and selected delivery speed.
  • Standard Ground Shipping: Once the order ships, it typically takes 2–5 business days for your package to be delivered depending on destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-Day and Overnight options are available for an additional cost. Please note: expedited shipping does not reduce production time unless rush production is arranged.
  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our facility in Deer Park, New York (Long Island).

Shipping Coverage

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship throughout the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories.
  • International Shipping: Not available through our website at this time. Please contact us directly for a custom quote on international orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on:
  • The size and weight of your order
  • Your delivery location
  • The shipping method selected at checkout

Packaging & Protection

Every print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged:
  • Each piece is wrapped in protective materials and shipped in special, reinforced boxes.
  • Large-format prints may ship flat or in specially designed cartons.
  • We combine multiple items when appropriate to reduce waste.
  • We use recyclable packaging materials whenever possible.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can follow your shipment via the carrier’s website for real-time delivery updates.
  • If you do not receive tracking info within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at sales@prints4you.com.

Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages

While rare, if your package arrives damaged or defective:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.
  • We’ll assess the issue and, if confirmed, send a replacement or refund.
If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, contact the shipping carrier first. Then notify us so we can assist with a claim if needed.

White-Label & Drop Shipping

We offer white-label shipping for professionals and businesses:
  • Orders ship directly to your customers without Prints 4 You branding or invoice.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If changes are needed:
  • Contact us immediately. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee address changes.
  • Re-routing in transit may incur extra fees and is not always possible.

Returns & Replacements

Because every metal print is custom made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer’s remorse. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error with your order, we will make it right.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include a description and clear photos of the issue.
  • If verified, we will replace your item at no cost.
We do not resell returned prints, so we appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check your order details before submission.
